A Pella man was arrested after the Mid-Iowa Narcotics Enforcement Task Force found an alleged marijuana grow operation in his basement.

Terrance LePaul Partee, 45, was charged with two controlled substance violations and two counts of failure to affix drug tax stamp, class D felonies. According to court records, the Mid Iowa Narcotics Enforcement Task Force and Pella Police Department executed a search warrant and found 40 plants and over nine ounces of material that field-tested positive as marijuana.
