The red-hot Pleasantville baseball team continued to roll yesterday winning a pair of games at Coon Rapids for a tournament.

In game one the Trojan bats carried the team to a 13-6 victory over ADM. Gauge Van Haalen and Grant Fouch contributed to much of the scoring each going 3-for-5 with three RBI. Colton Major added two hits and a pair of RBI.

The hitting parade resumed in game two beating Coon Rapids 11-4. Kyle Amendt knocked in four runs to lead the team with a pair of doubles. Cael Lester was 2-for-3 with three RBI.

The Trojans extended their win streak to seven games to improve to 7-2 on the year. The softball team’s tournament at Bondurant-Farrar was cancelled. Both teams will get back on the diamond tomorrow hosting Lenox.
