After a few days off, the PCM baseball and softball teams will get back in action tomorrow against North Polk.

Both teams will be tested going up against Comet squads that sit in second place in the Heart of Iowa Conference standings. The Mustang softball team (2-4) will look to rebound from a 10-3 loss to Greene County on Friday. The baseball team (5-4) got a solid outing from Noah Henkenius on Friday for a 5-3 win over the Rams. Head Coach Jeff Lindsay tells KNIA/KRLS Sports the offense is really close to breaking out, as they continue to hit balls really hard, just right at defenders. The chance for that offense to breakout will be at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow in Monroe. The girls will travel to North Polk and first pitch is scheduled for 7 p.m.
