The 2018 Marion County Master Gardener Annual Plant Sale recently raised $255 for Marion County Habitat for Humanity during their annual plant sale.
Lauren Peterson with the Extension Office tells KNIA/KRLS News the plant sale is a way for the master gardeners to help the community by giving some back for all the opportunities they have, and Habitat for Humanity is such a great organization to donate to. The plant sale was held at the farmers market in Pella. Peterson also said that if you are interested in learning more about become a master gardener, contact the Extension Office.
