The Top 10 countdown continues for PCM sports for 2017-18 with number six.
While the PCM girls’ golf team came just short of capping off a terrific season with a state bid, senior Sabrina Reed was able to crack the top eight at the regional final to qualify as an individual.
At Oskaloosa Public Golf Course back on May 21st Reed qualified for the class 2A state meet by placing seventh with an 18-hole score of 90. The success carried over to Panora the next week where the senior finished 28th out of 75 golfers in the state competition. She finished with a 36-hole tally of 191 (+47) strokes.
The Mustangs just missed out on a team state appearance, finishing third at the regional final.
