The Knoxville Police Department recently responded to reports about a man driving a older yellow Ford car with out of county plates watching children play in Knoxville and the surrounding area.
Knoxville Police say they have spoken with the man, and will continue to investigate any reports related to him and his car, but no enforcement action will be taken at this time. The Knoxville Police Department also says that it is always important to be aware of your surroundings and to watch out for suspicious activity and behavior, and that if you see something, say something.
