Ecessive rainfall is possible through the end of the week
According to the National Weather Service, an additional one to three inches of rain is possible through Wednesday morning throughout most of Iowa. The long-term forecast shows areas in Iowa could rack up another 3-5″ of rain by the end of the week on average, with some potentially receiving more.
Countywide, since Friday, 1.5-3″ has been seen in most rain gauges in the county’s borders.

KNIA/KRLS Knoxville – 1.83″ (.58″ Sunday to Monday)
KNIA/KRLS Pella – 2.47″ (.52″ overnight Sunday)
Pella (north of downtown) – 2.53″ (.61″ overnight Sunday)
