The Pleasantville cross country teams are back in action tonight traveling to Chariton.
The Trojans were last on the course a week ago today at Story City in a loaded meet. The girls finished ninth and were led by Emmie Kenyon in 29th and the boys were 16th with Devon Luing finishing 55th. Head Coach Aaron Fichter tells KNIA/KRLS Sports it is a runner friendly course this evening.
“It’s a course we are familiar with, It has some rolling hills in the back but mostly flat and usually people enjoy it. We will see a lot of familiar teams and it will be another opportunity to grow against teams we have seen. “
The competition gets started at 4:30 p.m. today at Lake Redhaw in Chariton.
