A change order for renovations at the Knoxville Public Library is on the agenda Monday night, for the Knoxville City Council.

Change order number 3 will be up for discussion, as the library project continues on; the City Council will also be asked to approve a resolution concerning easements for the Knoxville Community Trail.

And the lease agreement between Paws and Pals and the city will be up for vote; the organization operates the city’s dog park in a converted ball field near Auld Park
