A local organization will be celebrating its new name with a ribbon cutting ceremony Monday afternoon at its offices in downtown Knoxville.

EveryStep is the new name for the umbrella organization which includes what used to be HCI Hospice Care Services; the official rebranding was announced in mid-October, and the rechristened company will be inviting Knoxville Chamber of Commerce members to join them in marking the occasion.

EveryStep encompasses a wide variety of healthcare-related organizations, which deal with all ages and a number of different areas. Many clients had been unaware these companies were related, and joining them under a common name is expected to make their services more accessible to consumers.

The ribbon cutting will take place at 3:00 p.m. at EveryStep’s office at 213 East Main Street, on the square in Knoxville.
