Along with helping the community on Tuesday in the Iowa Hall of Pride Game in Ottumwa, the Knoxville Girls Basketball Squad got an important four quarters in against a quality team. Coach Jim Uitermarkt tells KNIA/KRLS Sports it was key to expose some weaknesses they may have before the games count for real next week. Uitermarkt adds it also helped get the girls ready for the offense they are putting in. He says it is not radically different from last year, but fans will see a difference on the court. The Panthers, who are ranked #13 in the first preseason class 4A rankings according to the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union, will travel to P-C-M on Tuesday.
