Warren County Conservation is hosting a relaxation, outdoor fitness, and goal-setting class called Oola Infused today.

Karen Johlas-Szalkowski with Warren County Conservation tells KNIA News the class is all about learning how to juggle the stress of life and be more friendly to the environment.

“Oola infused has a fun name, but the class is about setting goals for yourself in every aspect of your life and teaching you to incorporate being green and using better cleaner products that are better for the environment in your daily life and helping you accomplish those goals.”

The class will also include a guest speaker and teach participants about using essential oils in different ways. The class is full, but similar classes and events are hosted by Warren County Conservation throughout the year.
