The Pleasantville wrestling team hosted a quadrangular on Thursday night and won two out of three duals.

The Trojans narrowly defeated Central Decatur 42-40, handled Chariton 60-12, but fell to Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont 65-12. Cale Anthony at 220lbs led the Trojans on the day with three contested match wins all by fall and Matthew Kauffman had two wins at 285lbs. Other winners for Pleasantville on the night were Devon Luing at 106lbs, Drew Bartels at 138lbs, Dalton Turner at 145lbs, and Daniel Kenyon at 195lbs.

The Trojans return home tomorrow hosting a tournament.
