Twin Cedars lost to Ankeny Christian in both boys and girls games Friday night. The girls fell 43-27. The Sabers led 18-17 at the half, but turnovers ruined an otherwise productive night. Kaya DesPlanque led the Sabers with 12 points. The boys knew they would have a tough assignment against one of the top teams in class one-A and Ankeny Christian proved it as the Eagles came away with an 82-30 win over the Sabers. Dakota Syhlman led Twin Cedars with eight points.
