Carol Anne Krultz, age 65 of Des Moines, requested an intimate service with her immediate family.

She will rest in peace close to her parents at Highland Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers and cards, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude’s or the Animal Rescue League.
