A Funeral Service for Norma Caughey Rhoads, age 63 of Knoxville, will be held on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Bybee & Davis Funeral Home. Visitation, with the family present will be on Monday, January 28, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Bybee & Davis Funeral Home.
