Marion County Bank added a new twist to the second of two annual fundraisers at the Pella and Pella Christian basketball games this season. 

Members of the Pella Police Department Lt. Shane Cox, Lt. Dave Beukelman, Officer Nathan Wolff, and Officer Josh Boone all lent their basketball expertise by shooting hoops to raise funds to support activity funds at both Pella and Pella Christian schools. Students also once again participated in the effort, which increased this year’s donation by $3000. 

Marion County Bank has raised over $100,000 for local schools since 2007.
