Justin Flom grew up in a family of magicians, so it’s no surprise he took to it as a career; and the end result is growing success in the entertainment world, as he makes a stop here in Knoxville tonight.

Flom is performing as part of the Bravo Concert Series at the Knoxville Performing Arts Center; he has worked his way up from working on stage in Branson, Missouri to appearances on network TV shows and hosting his own show cable TV show “Wizard Wars.”

Flom tells KNIA/KRLS News nearly everyone in his family has an interest in magic, and he remembers being involved in it from a young age.

“I just was born jumping in and out of boxes and dark trunks and doing magic tricks; so around four years old I really started to take an interest in it,” Flom says. “And it was around high school when I thought, ‘you know, I could do this and I would never have to get a real job.’”

Flom will be getting some more network air time soon; he’ll be appearing on the CBS talent show “The World’s Best” which is making its debut this Sunday right after the Super Bowl.

His show at the K-PAC will go on as scheduled, beginning at 7:00 p.m.
