The Knoxville Boys Basketball Squad fell way behind against Iowa City High on Saturday. Down as many as 27, the Panthers got it to five, but could not get any closer in a 70-58 loss to the Little Hawks. Coach Jeff Larson told KNIA/KRLS Sports, he thought the guys were a little star struck at first, but when they settled down they played a lot better. Kieren Nichols scored 20 points to lead the Panthers while Elliott Schmidt scored 17. Knoxville will head to Eddyville to make up a game against the Rockets on Tuesday.
