A funeral service for Pamela Diane (Young) Frakes, age 67 of Knoxville, will be held on Friday, February 8th at the Winfield Funeral Home of Knoxville at 10:00 A.M. Pam’s family will be present, beginning at 9:00 A.M. to greet friends and relatives, until the start of service. Burial services will follow at the Iowa Veteran’s Cemetery in Van Meter.
