The Pella City Council is moving forward with plans to create a walkway connecting two historic areas of Pella.

Council awarded a contract to Klingner and Associates for $25,000 to provide engineering services for the Tuttle Learning Walk. City Administrator Mike Nardini tells KRLS News the project is a public/private partnership with Historic Pella Trust, who is financing the project, and the city, who will maintain and own the space.
