The Knoxville Girls Basketball Squad held control early on but, Norwalk started the second half on a nine/two run and took control to eliminate the Panthers in the opening round of the class 4A girls regional 50-45 on Wednesday night. The Panthers had trouble keeping Norwalk out of the lane on drives to the basket, something Coach Jim Uitermarkt told KNIA/KRLS Sports was a struggle for his team. Katie Keitges led the Panthers with 22 points, while Maggie Wilkins put in 13. The Panthers finish the season 14-6.
