The Knoxville Boys Basketball Squad fell to Fairfield on Thursday night 68-63. The Panthers stayed close all game long, but another struggle in the third quarter may have ruined their chances for victory. Coach Jeff Larson told KNIA/KRLS Sports the Trojans were very physical and the officials let the teams play. Kieren Nichols led with 16 points, R.J. Roberts scored 14, Tyler Vaske had 12 and Elliott Schmidt scoured 11 points. Knoxville is now 8-12 on the season and will host Indianola tonight to close out the regular season.
