To qualify for the distinction, an individual student-athlete must have compiled a cumulative grade point average of 3.30 or greater on a 4.0 scale and finished among the top 25 percent of finishers at their respective regional championships. Teams are honored by compiling a cumulative GPA of 3.10 or greater and competing in at least five different varsity competitions with at least five runners representing their school at each meet. The women’s team compiled a 3.37 GPA to earn all-academic honors for the ninth year in a row and 12th time overall. The men’s team had a 3.13 GPA and earned the award for the sixth time since 1999.
