While only 40 high school girls’ basketball teams across all classes are competing for a state title this week at Wells Fargo Arena, there are countless others watching and using it as a productive experience for the future. For the PCM girls’ basketball team they have used the opportunity to see what make these teams so good and what they hope to strive for in the coming years.

Head Coach Jeff Lindsay tells KRLS Sports he saw a lot of versatility from those state teams where a lot of players could do a lot of things at a high level.

“Being versatile on the basketball court is something we have to be able to do as a whole unit, team, and program. This offseason the girls have been challenged in their own time to work on some of these things and put us in a better position next year.”

PCM finished this year 9-12.
