Sometimes as first-year coach does not have the luxury of senior going out. Only playing for a coach for one season is at time a huge adjustment. But sometimes, a senior will play for a first year coach and make the most of it. Kelsey Goff was in her first year as head coach of the Melcher-Dallas Girls Basketball program and her lone senior was Emilie Krpan. Goff tells KNIA Sports Krpan was a very important part of the team on and off the court. Krpan was the second leading scorer for the Saints with ten-point-six points per game and swatted a team high 11 shots away.
