A pair of Indianola graduates have begun to see playing time for the Iowa Hawkeyes, getting their first taste of Division I college baseball. Brendan Sher has started a pair of games for Iowa getting a pair of hits, one of them a double, and a run batted in for a .250 average. Duncan Davitt is also seeing time on the pitching mound, making four appearances and picked up his first win, and has pitched 7.1 innings overall and struck out two batters. The Hawkeyes are 7-6 overall, and have a four game series against Cal State-Northridge beginning on Friday.
