According to Mid-American Energy, over 800 customers were without power in Monroe and Otley–much of which has now been restored (as of 11:50 a.m.), with other outages reported near Pella. Pella Cooperative Electric reported over 1100 customers without power in Marion County at the peak of the outage, primarily impacting residents on the west side of the city. A power line serviced by MidAmerican west of Pella has fallen, and crews are on scene making repairs.
