The Pella FFA recently held their awards banquet to celebrate the many accomplishments of their members. Students were awarded for academic achievement, career and leadership development events, and scholarships from Marion County Bank, Van Maanen Seed & Chemical, Community 1st Credit Union, and Pella FFA Alumni and Friends. Prior to the banquet, a pie auction was held in the school cafeteria to raise funds for a Portable Animal Learning Academy. Enough money was raised to purchase cattle panels, and a trailer to store and transport the panels.
