Pella finished runner-up at the Knoxville Boys Tennis Invitational on Saturday with the host Panthers claiming fourth place. The Little Dutch were five points off of champion North Polk. Individually for Pella the doubles team of Carter Biggs and Vaughn Thompson took first place while Knoxville’s R.J. Roberts and Gabe Matthais took fourth place. In singles Pella’s Jordan Rozenboom placed second while Knoxville’s Tyler Wells took fourth place. Knoxville will host Grinnell on Tuesday while Pella will travel to Norwalk on Monday.
