The PCM Girls Golf Squad finished seven strokes behind South Hamilton for the runner-up spot at their Mustangs Invitational Thursday at Gateway in Monroe. Battling breezy conditions, the Mustangs carded a team total of 403 to South Hamilton’s 396. Mackenzie Bussan was meet runner-up with an 88, two strokes off the lead. Coach Tony Ford told KRLS Sports he was very pleased with his girls mental toughness in the not so great weather conditions. PCM has a dual with Knoxville at Pine Knolls Country Club on Monday.
