Two individuals from Pella competing in the boys state singles and doubles tournament came home with top eight finishes in Class 1A. Jack Edwards placed 3rd overall, and Jordan Roozeboom took 8th place. Both will compete with the rest of the Dutch Tuesday in the Class 1A semifinals against Norwalk. Pella is guaranteed two matches — if they win, they will play the winner of Xavier and LeMars for the state title, and if they lose, they will compete for third place against the loser of the opposite match.
