The Indianola City Council met in regular session Monday evening. The council approved a 28E agreement with the Indianola Community School District for the split cost of a school resource officer, approving the 50/50 split cost of the position which will start at the beginning of the 2019/20 school year. The council also heard an update on the Warren County Justice Center Project from DCI, an update from Wade Journey Homes on home construction in the city, and gave direction to the Indianola Fire Department to continue to pursue funds for Ground Emergency Medical Transport, before going into closed session to discuss the sale or purchase of real estate.
