The Pella School Board approved updates to the district’s emergency protocols at the first of two summer meetings Monday. The board approved operation plans for all district buildings, which were developed in coordination with the Pella Police and Pella Fire Departments, as well as Marion County Emergency Management. The board also reviewed several changes to the handbooks for the district and individual buildings. A review of a Panorama Survey conducted of students and staff was also held.
