It was a big night for the PCM Baseball Squad as the Mustangs ripped Saydel in six innings 10-0. Coach Jeff Lindsay told KRLS Sports his team was able to get up on the Eagles early and ended the game in the sixth. Derek Brown got the win allowed just one hit and eight strikeouts. Reed Worth went 2/3 and three RBIs. The softball girls completed sweep over Saydel 7-6. The Mustangs had to endure a Saydel comeback in the late innings but plated a run in the sixth and made it stand up after the Eagles tied it in their half of the sixth. Anna Shaver had a home run and three RBI on the night while Paige Steenhoek went the distance to get the win. Coach Shaun Hudnut told KRLS Sports he loved the resiliency of his team responding to everything Saydel threw at them. The Mustangs have won three of four and sport a 6-7 record going into their game tonight with class 1A #1 ranked Collins-Maxwell.
