
The Indians baseball squad gave up only three hits in their dominating victory over the Newton Cardinals Monday evening, with Joey Bylund going 5 ⅓ strong innings and picking up the win, while Dallas Jackson came on in relief to secure the victory. The Indians struck first for a 1-0 lead off of a Seth Chittenden RBI infield single in the 2nd inning, with Indianola adding on two more runs in the 5th off of a Gabe Zwanziger sacrifice fly and a Grady Haynes RBI double. Dallas Jackson drove in another insurance run in the 7th for the win. The Indians are now 8-9 on the season.
