The Indianola City Council met in regular session Monday evening. The council held public hearings on and approved a development agreement and several zoning amendments. The council approved the sanitary sewer improvements project, an agreement between the city and Warren County Economic Development for a revolving loan fund, and set a date for a public hearing on the East Hillcrest Ave Trail Connector, before going into closed session to discuss a personnel matter. The council also held a work session after the meeting adjourned, viewing a presentation from representatives of the Capital Crossroads Group regarding storm water.
