Funeral services for Howard Lanphier, age 73, will be held on Friday, June 28th at 10:30 am in the Bates Funeral Chapel in Oskaloosa. Burial will be in the Bellefountaine Cemetery in Tracy. Visitation will be held Thursday, June 27th starting at 12:00 pm with family present from 5:00 to 7:00 pm to greet family and friends in the Bates Funeral Chapel.
