A Mental Health First Aid class is coming to Pella soon. The program, hosted by Marion County Public Health, will be held on Tuesday, July 16th from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with an hour break for lunch, at Christian Opportunity Center on Broadway Street. Mental Health First Aid is a national program to teach the skills to respond to the signs of mental illness and substance use. The Mental Health First Aid class is open to those 18 and older.
