The Pleasantville Baseball Squad has become giant killers the last couple of nights. A day after knocking off class 1A #2 Martensdale-St. Mary’s, the Trojans upset class 1A #5 Southeast Warren last night 11-7. Pleasantville’s six runs in the first inning was key as the Trojans had to battle back after giving up seven by the fourth inning, but held the Warhawks scoreless for the rest of the game. Aaron Wilkins got the win for the Trojans. Pleasantville takes on Bondurant-Farrar on Thursday.
