It was a little tougher than planned, but the Twin Cedars Softball Squad will play in the class 1A regional semi-finals on Friday as the Sabers beat Baxter last night 6-0. Grace Bailey got the win in the circle scattering six hits. Bailey’s defense behind her turned three double plays. Offensively, Chloe Swank went 3/3 with two RBI, and Ali Mockenhaupt also went 3/3. The Sabers are now 29-8 on the season and will battle arch rival Melcher-Dallas in the regional semi-final on Friday.
