The Pleasantville Baseball Squad has closed out the regular season in a style that many baseball teams in Iowa want to do this time of year. The Trojans have won six of their last seven games including knocking off two ranked opponents this week. Pleasantville will travel to Madrid tonight to face off against Colfax-Mingo in a first round class 2A contest. Coach Sheldon Card tells KNIA Sports he is not concerning himself about the opponent, he wants his guys to take care of business. A win by Pleasantville would mean a semi-final game at Woodward-Granger against the host Hawks on Tuesday. Tongiht’s action starts at five.
