An undefeated month of June brings us to our number eight sports story for PCM in the 2018/2019 academic year. The Mustangs started out 2-2 and after a loss to Gilbert on May 31st, the Mustangs did not lose again until they played North Polk on July first. During that 14 game winning streak PCM outscored its opponents 129-26, an average of 9.2-1.8. Coach Jeff Lindsay, when we made him aware of the accomplishment, he was unaware of what his team did, just because he and the rest of the team was focused on the next game. The Mustangs would go on to finish 17-and-five and also finish in third place in the Heart of Iowa Conference.
