The Twin Cedars Cross Country program is growing each year. This year, the girls will have enough to score and new coach Trent Verwers tells KRLS Sports he is excited to see what his young team can do this fall. Verwers has incoming freshmen Riley Dunkin, Cheyenne Brown, and Akeshia Reed while Brooke Roby and Grace Bailey will be his returning runners. Only one boy is running this season. Verwers says sophomore Andrew Freel ran well in track and field last spring.
