The Pleasantville cross country teams had pretty successful seasons last year by Head Coach Aaron Fichter’s standards, and they’ll look to make even more progress this season. One of the biggest goals for the Trojans will be to improve as much as possible during the three-month season. While the girls team may have some rebuilding to do, Fichter says the boys team is in a position to show a lot of growth this year.

The Trojans enter their second year in the West Central Conference. Among the highlights on Pleasantville’s schedule are a home meet on September 16th and the West Central Conference meet on October 17th at Panorama High School. The Trojans open their season at the Iowa State University High School Invitational in Ames on August 29th.
