Now that Twin Cedars has a football game under its belt, the Sabers have some film and a game to build on. The Sabers were only down 6-0 to English Valleys on Friday night, but the Bears poured on 26 third quarter points to take control of the game. Coach Cam Parker told KRLS Sports the second half was troublesome due to the fact he had to play several freshmen due to injuries and numbers. Parker is hopeful the younger players will improve and be ready to play moving forward. The Sabers travel to Moravia for a week one contest on Friday.
