The Pleasantville football team will have their home opener this evening as they welcome in Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont. These programs have met every year since 2000, with the Rockets taking last year’s game 17-13. Each team is coming off a season-opening win. The Trojans beat Lynnville-Sully 45-14 while E-B-F beat East Marshall 24-20. Pleasantville Head Coach Mack Jorth says that E-B-F has a lot of playmakers that will keep his team on their toes throughout the game.
