Council will discuss a proposed partnership agreement with Wonder Spelen to construct improvements at Kiwanis Park, a West Market Park swing set replacement request, the Community Center Action Plan, and Central Business District parking needs. No formal action will be taken on these items, but extensive discussion is expected to take place and is open to the public. The Pella City Council special meeting begins at 6 p.m. this evening in the Pella Public Safety Complex.
