The Knoxville Girls Cross Country Squad has early on figured out the run in pack mentality for teams to have success. With the exception of Norah Pearson, who has finished no worse than third in any of her meets this season the rest of the team is running within 7-10 seconds of each other. Case in point, the second through six runners for Knoxville finished 52nd, 53rd, 55th, and 56th all within seven seconds of each other. Girls Coach Mikayla Splavec tells KRLS Sports the pack is working on starting better and making sure they are high up in the standings. Knoxville will run again on Tuesday at Oskaloosa.
