The Warren County Board of Supervisors met in special session Wednesday afternoon. The board discussed a potential $7.75 million bond referendum to be put up for public vote in November that would repair:

Highway R57 from Highway 92 to G24
Highway S23 from Lacona to Milo
Highway G16 from Carlisle to Highway 65/69
and Highway G76 from Highway 69 to New Virginia

The board took no action on the bond referendum, with several supervisors bringing up the possibility of another bond referendum on the Warren County Justice Center Project coming in the fall. The board also approved a contract extension with American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, and confirmed the use of vacation or compensatory leave for the 2019 RAGBRAI event.
